Questions
What counts as a call?
Any meeting the Audora bot joins via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. One meeting equals one call regardless of length.
What happens when I hit my call limit?
You get a notification at 80% usage. When you hit the limit the bot stops joining until your cycle resets or you upgrade. No surprise charges.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused calls do not roll over.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up and use Audora on the Studio plan free for 14 days. No credit card required. If you do not upgrade, your account moves to read-only and data stays for 30 days.
Is my call data secure?
All recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your call data to train AI models. See our Security page for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Full refund within 7 days of your first payment, provided you have used less than 20% of your plan's call limit. If you have exceeded 20% of calls, no refund is available regardless of the reason. After 7 days, refunds are not available for any partial billing periods. See the refund policy for details.
What AI tools does Audora push into?
Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit, and Claude Code on all plans. Linear and Notion on Studio and above.
